Guarantee Policy:

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Deposit. The Hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the standard check in time 1500 hrs. of the arrival date to avoid cancellation charges. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation charge.
• For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge 100 percent room rate plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.
