The Leela Leadership Development Programme

At The Leela, we are deeply committed to cultivating the next generation of leaders in luxury hospitality. Launched in May 2022, the Leela Leadership Development Programme was created in collaboration with two of the world’s most prestigious institutions — the Indian School of Hospitality and Les Roches, Switzerland.

This world-class programme blends academic rigor with immersive, hands-on experience across our iconic properties, preparing young professionals to lead with purpose, precision, and passion.
