One of the largest lake's in Bengaluru, the Ulsoor Lake is sprawled  over an area of impressive 50 hectares. Commissioned by Bengaluru's former commissioner, Sir Lewin Bentham Bowring, the lake is home to an array of exotic birds, making it an ideal location for photography enthusiasts. Unwind amidst the lush park surroundings or set out on a stroll to explore the scenic periphery. A must-try experience is boating on the tranquil waters of Ulsoor Lake. Moreover, the lake is also a notable venue for the grand festivities of Ganesh Chaturthi, held annually in August or September.
