    Guided by expert bartenders, participants step behind the bar to explore the "Root to Fruit" philosophy where each cocktail celebrates one hero botanical, from root to flower to fruit. Using modern techniques such as fermentation, clarification, tinctures, and cold extraction, guests craft four signature cocktails - Dessert Amber, O-pm, Daulat's Legacy, and Pink City Hues each inspired by Rajasthan's regional produce and reimagined through global mixology methods.  The result is a hands-on, flavour-driven experience featuring clean, balanced, and elegantly presented drinks, perfect for sophisticated group gatherings and memorable evenings above the city.
