With a handpicked selection of rustic recipes that have been passed down from generations, the special menu curated by Chef Purushotham Naidu will feature regional classics and local favourites like Meen Molaku Curry (spicy and sour king fish curry), Eraichi Varattiyathu (lamb cubes dry roasted with coconut and Malabar spices),Vazhapoo Vada ( Banana flower and lentil patties) , Cheemen Manga Chaaru (shrimps simmered in ground spices with green mango and shallots) , Vendakka Molakittathu (spicy and sour ladyfinger curry with coconut curry) ,Kappa Vivichathu, Podi Pathiri, Idiappam and Moplah Biryani to name a few. End your meal with traditional sweet treats like Unnakkayi, Cheru Payaru Payasam or Pal Ada Payasam.
