Le Cirque Signature, with a 66-cover dining space, offers a highly personalised bar area, well-stocked wine cellars and an intimate private dining room.
Beautiful porcelain Villeroy & Boch tableware and the finest Schott Zwiesel stemware adorn each table. Wine connoisseurs can choose from an impressive list of 240 Old and new world wine labels, including Dom Perignon, Pol roger Magnum, Sassicaia, Tignanello, Opus One, Chateau Latour and Petrus.
Relish our corporate chef Matteo Fontana’s creations made using the best seasonal ingredients from around the globe, such as Black truffle, porcini mushrooms, lobster and Burrata cheese. And try not to miss some of the signature dishes here, like the Lobster Salad, white and green asparagus soup, Hand cut fettuccine with fresh truffles, Paupiette of Chilean Sea Bass and New Zealand lamb chops.
