Designed as a series of interconnected spaces, the restaurant evokes the journey of a botanist’s home, where observation, experimentation, and creativity unfold seamlessly. The menu brings together global influences and locally sourced produce, shaped by refined techniques and bold, layered flavours.

At the heart of the experience lies an extensive agave-led beverage programme, featuring tequila and mezcal, complemented by cocktails crafted with botanical infusions and artisanal methods. From vibrant ceviches to open-fire preparations, every dish reflects a balance of authenticity and innovation.
