The restaurant also features a life-size model of a ‘Chundan Vallam’ - or a traditional snake boat – as a statement piece in the dining area, that beautifully represents the significance of the war boats in the annual ‘Vallam Kali’ boating races that take place in the state.
While the ambience of the restaurant takes inspiration from the soul of Kerala, the food served here caters to all palates. Indulge in mouth-watering culinary offerings such as “Raviz Nirvana” – a signature dish exclusively curated at The Leela Ashtamudi, A Raviz Hotel, the scrumptious “Karimeen Porichupuratiyath” (Pearl spot deep fried in a home-style marinade, garnished with fresh herbs and a coconut crumble), “Meen Curry” (a special seafood delicacy from the region), Crab Roast and a plethora of other dishes that celebrate Kerala’s abundant seafood treasures.
