Specially designed by the eminent Hersch Bedner Associates is Diya, our casual dining Indian restaurant. Vibrantly hued interiors and plush seating reflect contemporary India and pay tribute to the ever-evolving palates of her dynamic food connoisseurs.

The intimate setting allows for only 80 patrons, creating an air of exclusivity that can be further enhanced behind the glass of the Maharaja Room, a private dining space that can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The fare is authentically Indian, spanning the hearty curries of the Punjab and the spice-laden rices of the South. Bite into the Tandoori Jhinga, the Majlisi Kebab, the Diya Signature Dal, and the Balai Ka Tukda to discover the brightest flavours of our award-winning restaurant. A live kitchen counter showcases the culinary prowess of our expert chefs, their skills amplified by the traditional music playing softly in the background.
