Uncover the age-old tradition of the ceremonial lighting of lamps at dusk while being serenaded with a medley of Indian classical music. Afterwards, treat yourself to an array of refreshments including immunity boosters.
The Evening Ritual
The evening ritual of lighting lamps at dusk is an age-old tradition that has been followed from time immemorial. The Leela Ambience Gurugram upholds the ritual at sunset where four ladies don the traditional saree in four different styles and walk down the stairs on either side of the spacious lobby with a salver of glistening diyas.
A medley of Indian music plays in the background, as the ladies decorate the four water bodies with diyas. The ceremony ends with all four ladies coming together in the lobby to greet our guests with a humble namaste and wish them a comfortable evening ahead. Guests are invited to refresh after a tiring day at work with an array of refreshments which include immunity boosters and other healthy drinks.
