True to its name, Jamavar offers a menu that is a rich blend of Indian recipes that weave the North with the South. Try out our signature dishes which include Kumarakom Fish Curry (a spicy fish curry made with shallots, green chilli, ginger and kodampuli, a kind of tamarind native to Kerala and Tamil Nadu), Raan-e-Jamavaar (leg of kid lamb marinated with cumin, cardamom, bay leaf, grilled in tandoor and served with splash of rum), Dal Jamavar Delicacy of black lentils simmered overnight on tandoor, enriched with cream and butter, and more such fine delicacies.
