TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    • **As per Leela Suraksha policy outside food, Music speakers, Hookah etc.  are not allowed in Hotel Premises. Non- Registered guests are not permitted in guest rooms. Aarogya Setu application is requested on arrival at the hotel.
    •  Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12 noon.
    • Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply - Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.

      

    Child Policy

    • Two children up to 06 years can stay free in parents’ room when using existing bed(s) in room, a maximum of one extra bed can be provided in room on chargeable basis. Children aged 07 years and older are fully charged and accommodated in a separate room

     

    Guarantee Policy

    • All reservations, either on a Regular or a Restricted Rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card. - If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

      

    Cancellation Policy

    • Reservation must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
