Savour the Bengali Food Promotion at Jamavar, from 8th to 22nd June 2018. The Food promotion will be a treat for food connoisseurs who will be able to experience an authentic Bengali spread. One can explore the authentic culinary delights of Bengal that have inspired some of the greatest minds of our nation. Our team of seasoned chefs have meticulously designed a menu with a good mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes from across Bengal.
The menu has been crafted to beautifully blend the subtle flavours and create a wonderful culinary sojourn. The lavish spread of delicacies includes traditional dishes like Kosha Mangsho the spicy Bengali mutton curry, Chingdi malai curry, a traditional dish made with prawns cooked in a spiced creamy sauce made with thick coconut milk. Mochar Chop, a delicious evening snack made of banana flowers amongst others, lastly, how can one skip the soul-satisfying desserts like Misti doi, Rajbhog & many more.
The food festival has been designed to provide our guests the authentic and traditional flavours of Bengali Food. The festival is aimed at bringing alive the culture and velour of Bengal at the Leela Palace, Chennai.
