  • The rates are on double occupancy basis, excluding taxes.

  • The experiential dining shall be for lunch or dinner at specialty Indian restaurants.

  • Billing shall be in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices in USD are indicative only and may vary with international exchange rate fluctuations.

  • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, specially negotiated rate, or brand website rate.

  • Inclusions are applicable during the same stay period; they cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to future or unrelated bookings.

  • Any change in government tax policy will be communicated and levied accordingly. GST currently applicable is 18% on the per-night rate.

  • Each spa therapy included in the offer is of 60 minutes' duration.

  • Spa and experiential dining benefits are extended as per stay duration (per person, per room).

Child Policy

  • Extra bed for children aged 6–12 years is INR 10,000 + GST per night and covers all benefits of The Leela Palace Trail. A maximum of one child's bed can be placed in a room, provided at no additional charge.

Additional occupant policy (Above 12 years of age)

  • Not all room types at participating properties can accommodate triple sharing; please reconfirm at the time of processing reservation.

Guarantee Policy

  • The Palace Trail Team at The Leela Reservations Worldwide will assist with payment deposit requisites.
  • For Christmas / New Year period Palace Trail reservations, deposit of 100% of the package required 90 days to arrival (non-refundable), first property in itinerary at The Leela.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • No cancellation charges applicable if reservation is cancelled 31 days prior to arrival at the first hotel in the package.
  • Any cancellation done within 30 days of arrival at first property, shall be billed for the complete package.
  • Amendments are permitted up to 31 days prior to arrival, subject to availability; extra charges may apply (non-peak period only).
  • For Christmas / New Year period: 100% Cancellation charges applicable for any cancellation done 90 days prior to arrival at first property in the package.
