The new menu sustains the inspiration of the rich culture of France and Italy, balancing classical sophistication with modern creativity, showcasing refined techniques and seasonal ingredients, thoughtful sourced from across the globe. Diners can look forward to signature highlights such as Yellowfin Tuna Crudo, Wild Mushroom & Black Truffle Tart, Lobster Ravioli “Le Cirque,” the 40-Layer NZ Lamb Lasagna, Salt-Baked Mediterranean Sea Bass, and the Mille-Feuille à la Vanille, a classic Le Cirque finale.

For the first time, Le Cirque would be welcoming guests for lunch, an immersive experience for those who would like to indulge Le Cirque’s à la carte menu in its entirety. In the evenings, dinner transforms into a theatre of taste with exclusively curated degustation menus. Guests may choose between a five-course or seven-course tasting menu, designed to showcase the finest of Le Cirque’s culinary artistry. Vegetarian and vegan options are thoughtfully incorporated, and dietary preferences are graciously accommodated.
