He started his career with The Leela Palace Bengaluru in 2006 as Assistant Restaurant Manager of Citrus, All Day Dining restaurant where he was involved in the day to day operations of the restaurant along with monthly training of the service team. Since then he has acquired a diverse experience in operating and excelling in the management of fine dining restaurants and overall F&B space in the hotel. He comes with great knowledge and understanding of dining trends and innovative concepts which can enhance the guest experiences and give a fillip to our niche and bespoke banquet events.
