He started his career from Pennyhill Park Hotel, London, as Chef de partie and went on to helm some of the finest restaurants at the world’s leading five star hotels, including, the Waldorf Astoria Malaysia; The Oberoi Rajvilas, India; The Peninsula Manila, Republic of the Philippines among others. He was Private Chef at ‘The Royal Hashemite Court in Jordan’ where he gallantly carried out his responsibilities, overseeing all the official functions of their majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania.Born and brought up in Oldham, England, Adrian completed his education from Tameside College, Greater Manchester. He started working at an early age of 14 at a restaurant in the UK where he was exposed to the inner workings of a restaurant and sparked his interest in the field of all things gastronomy. A classically trained chef, Adrian describes himself as someone who is continuously learning and adapting himself to the changing culinary landscape, evolving styles and local preferences. It is his passion for food, ingredients, and cooking techniques that inspire him to experiment and bring a fresh perspective to his creations with enlivening twists.
