Guarantee Policy:

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Deposit.  The Hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest
  
  

Deposit Policy:

• For stays between 23rd December 2021 to 03rd January 2022, full payment in the form of credit card authorization, cash deposit or bank transfer is required at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.
  
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival (Arrival Till 30th September 2021) & 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival (Arrival Post 01st October 2021). Reservations cancelled within specified hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation charge.

Kids policy:

• 2 children, up to 6 years of age, may stay in the parent’s room, without an extra bed, on comp basis. Up to only one extra bed, should it be required, can be provided @ INR 3500+ taxes per night on an extra bed basis only.
• A maximum of 1 child, between 6 to 12 years of age, shall be accommodated in the parents room, Charges for this child is as mentioned below:
• Extra bed rates: INR 5,000 CP ++ , INR 6250 MAP ++, INR 7250 AP++ per night basis.
