  • Mandatory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner charges on 31st December at INR 18,000 per adult (12 years and above) and child between 06 to to 11 years at INR 9,000 per child. *Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Guarantee Policy:

  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a credit card or deposit. The hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest.

Deposit Policy:

  • For stays between 23rd December 2023 to 1st January 2024, full payment in the form of credit card authorization, cash deposit or bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Reservation on regular rates to be cancelled 15 days prior to arrival until 28th February 2023.
  • Reservation on regular rates to be cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date from 1st March 2023 to 31st October 2023.
  • Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 15 days prior to the planned date of arrival date, arrival post 01st November 2023.
  • Reservations cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation charge. If the stay dates are in-between 23rd December 2023 to 01st January 2024, guests will be charged a prepayment (100%) of total amount if cancelled / modified from the date of reservation.

Children's Policy:

  • A maximum of 1 child, between 6 to 12 years of age, shall be accommodated in the parents room, Charges for this child is as mentioned below: 
  • Extra bed rates: INR 7,750 plus taxes including breakfast and one major meal per night basis.
