Notable restaurants: Dolma House, Kori’s, Nor-Khyli

2.Visit Asia’s Largest Spice Market

Walk into an aromatic and colourful world when you visit the Spice Market at Khari Baoli Road.
The market is in business since the 17th Century. Thanks to the Mughals, this market opened doors and became Asia’s largest Spice Market. To be precise, this market is situated next to Fatehpuri Masjid at the western part of Chandni Chowk. You can witness a number of different spices being transported and sold in this crowded market.

3.Qawwalis at Nizamuddin Dargah

Sufi lovers throng the resting place of one of the world’s most loved Sufi saints, Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya. Every evening, its courtyard witnesses the magic of live qawwalis that are accompanied by traditional Indian instruments. This takes the audience on an authentic spiritual journey, no matter what religion you belong to. The visitors also listen to mind-blowing Shayaris, which is one more reason that the shrine is jam-packed every evening.

4.Ghalib’s Haveli in Ballimaran

The 300-year old Mughal-era mansion was the residence of India’s most celebrated Urdu poets, Ghalib. The haveli was a gift to Ghalib by one of his admirers.
