Established in 1938 and named after the Peppara Dam, which is located a mere 50 kilometers from Thiruvananthapuram, the sanctuary offers the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. 

Peppara Wildlife Sanctuary is a nature lover's dream come true, nestled within the majestic hills of Agasthyamala Biosphere Reserve.
