- Check-in time is 3.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
- Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
- Up to two children below 12 years can be accommodated in the parents’ room with complimentary meals as per the package inclusions(applicable for conservatory premiere room and above).
- Rate and Package not applicable from 21st December to 10th January.
- To enable us to arrange and confirm the airport transfers, we would need to have the complete flight details at least 24 hours prior to the date of arrival, failing which the resort would not be in a position to organize the airport transfers. We would not be able to entertain last minute requests as well.
- All reservations, either on a Regular or a Restricted Rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
For Regular Rates:
- To avoid any cancellation charges, please refer to the Cancellation rule as stated above.
- Guest will be charged a prepayment (100%) of total amount any time after processing the reservation.
- If the stay dates are before 30th September 2021 - no charges, if cancelled/modified before 07 days of arrival
- For Stay dates from 01st November 2020 onwards - no charges, if cancelled/modified before 14 days of arrival
- 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled/modified within cancellation policy period or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
- For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge 100% room rate plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.
- If in case of a prepayment, we will retain all your prepayment. If none has been received, we will charge your credit card.
