- Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
- Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
- Children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children aged 7 years and older are fully charged.
Guarantee Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals, until check-out. Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival.
- Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
