Guarantee Policy:

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Deposit.  The Hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest.

Deposit Policy:

• For stays between 23^rd December 2021 to 03^rd January 2022, full payment in the form of credit card authorization, cash deposit or bank transfer is required at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

• Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation charge.
• If the stay dates are in-between 23^rd December 2021 to 03^rd January 2022 - Guest will be charged a prepayment (100%) of total amount if cancelled/modified from the date of reservation.
• For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge 100% room rate plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.

Kids policy is as follows :

• 2 children, up to 6 years of age, may stay in the parent’s room, without an extra bed, on comp basis. Up to only one extra bed, should it be required, can be provided @ INR 3500+ taxes per night on an extra bed basis only.
• A maximum of 1 child, between 6 to 12 years of age, shall be accommodated in the parents room, Charges for this child is as mentioned below:
• Extra bed rates: INR 5,000 CP ++ , INR 6250 MAP ++, INR 7250 AP++ per night basis.

Note: Extra Bed can be provided only in a Grand Heritage Lake View Room with Balcony and all Suites.
