• Check-in time is 2:00 pm and Check-out time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply
• Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.

• Mandatory Gala Dinner Supplement is not included in the booked tariff and is separately payable for 24th December, 6500 plus taxes for guests above 12 years and 3250 plus taxes for children ages 6 -12 years 31st December, 16,500 plus taxes for guests above 12 years and 8,250 plus taxes for children aged 6-12 years.
• Rates offered are non-commissionable
• A total of 5 or more rooms, booked through one/several online and voice channels irrespective of the no. of room/s booked at the same hotel and/or when they are booked, either in the name of one guest and/or several individual names and for stays overlapping on at least one common date, shall be considered as group travel, and shall be treated in contravention to the hotel’s policy of distributing rates through online and voice channels for individual stays only. Such reservations, whenever identified prior to check-in, will be treated as null and void and will be cancelled instantly, without any prior intimation. Alternatively, such bookings identified post check-in, will be charged additionally on check-out as per the decision of the hotel management and the additional charge will be binding on the travellers. The hotel management will not be responsible for any inconvenience or financial implications caused to any such member/s of this group and shall remain indemnified.

Child Policy:

• 2 children, up to 6 years of age, may stay in the parent’s room, without an extra bed, on comp basis. Up to only one extra bed, should it be required, can be provided @ INR 3500+ taxes per night on an extra bed basis only.
• A maximum of 1 child, between 6 to 12 years of age, shall be accommodated in the parent’s room, Charges for this child is INR 5000 + taxes per night including buffet breakfast.
• 2 children between 6 to 12 years of age will need to be accommodated in an additional room or Suite and we shall be pleased to offer a 50% discount off the parent’s room rate on plan. This will be valid only upon bookings made in advance.

Note: Extra Bed can be provided only in a “Grand Heritage Lake View Room with Balcony” room category or in one of our 8 Suites.

Guarantee Policy:

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Deposit.  The Hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest.

Deposit Policy:

For stays between 20th Dec to 4th Jan, full payment in the form of credit card authorization, cash deposit or bank transfer is required at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

1 Oct to 19 Dec & 05 Jan to 15 Apr : A cancellation is free of charge if done by 30 days prior to arrival.

20 Dec to 04 Jan : A cancellation is free of charge if done by 60 days prior to arrival.

16 April to 30 Sep: A cancellation is free of charge if done by 14 days prior to arrival.

100% penalty charges apply for late cancellations.
