Indulge in one of the pleasures of being a resident at The Club, in this all-day restaurant with sophisticated, modern interiors exclusively meant for you. Choose from European, Pan-Asian and Indian cuisines. We highly recommend the Watermelon and feta salad, followed by Caramelized Onion and Porcini Soup with Slow-Poached Chicken.
For main course, try a platter of pastas or risottos, or choose protein, say, Lemongrass-Marinated Grilled Tiger Prawns or Pan-Seared Golden Polenta Cake served with wild morel ragout. Or make the best of your trip to God’s Own Country to familiarise yourself with some authentic Kerala Specials. Try the Coconut Pulao or the Steamed Chemba Rice, a serving of parboiled red rice, paired with Café Meen Curry, a lightly spicy curry made with kingfish cooked in coconut gravy.
