Guarantee Policy

• All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Deposit. The Hotel would take a pre-authorization of Re 1 against the credit card provided by the guest.

Deposit Policy

• For stays between 23rd December 2021 to 03rd January 2022, full payment in the form of credit card authorization, cash deposit or bank transfer is required at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% accommodation charge.
• If the stay dates are in-between 23rd December 2021 to 03rd January 2022 - Guest will be charged a prepayment (100%) of total amount if cancelled/modified from the date of reservation.
• For cancellations received post the above permissible period, the hotel will charge 100% room rate plus tax and service charge, wherever applicable. The same penalty applies to no-shows as well.
