Cucina Italiana

Amongst a numbered few in the city, the restaurant scores high for its location on the 6th floor, with a ruby and pearl view of the Millennium city, Zanotta offers a perfect ambience for a wonderful dining experience.

 

The restaurant’s interactive kitchen allows you to see and chat with the chefs while they are preparing each dish with lots of Italian passion. A fresh display of vegetables, large jars of homemade pickles and pastas around the kitchen conveys our Italian Master Chef Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez’s cooking philosophy of using only the freshest ingredients.

 

Designed by Hersch Bedner Associates (HBA), the restaurant offers a formal seating arrangement for 80 guests, including semi-private dining sections.

Our signature dishes

Our interactive, live cooking stations are an attraction in themselves. A fresh display of vegetables, large jars of homemade pickles and pastas around the kitchen mirrors our Italian Master Chef Leidy Liz Levitan Hernandez's cooking philosophy of using only the freshest ingredients. Relish our signature dishes like the selection of Salamis and dry meats with focaccia and Carasau bread; the Truffle Cappuccino with caramelized pumpkin and nuts.

 

Our chefs' favourites includes Cannoli Siciliani al cioccolato—chocolate pastry eggless tubes filled with sweet Italian cream, Pesce del giorno in crosta di sale con verdure grigliate e puré di patate—salt-crusted fish of the day, with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes, or the Insalata di anatraaffumicata—smoked duck salad, orange segments, celery root and roasted vegetables, with extra virgin olive oil and crunchy Macadamia nuts. Also, enjoy Burrata fatta in casa, peperoni e pomodoro—homemade burrata with roasted peppers and tomato confit, Burrata fatta in casa con Prosciutto—homemade burrata with grilled focaccia topped with Prosciutto, or Malfatti di ricotta e melanzane con salsa alle noci—homemade malfatti filled with ricotta, roasted eggplant and creamy walnut sauce.

 

Zanotta also has a collection of over 1500 wines from across the world. Allow our sommelier helps you pair them with the perfect dish.

Price: 3 course set menu with coffee and tea, inclusive of food and soft beverages at 1950 INR plus taxes person 3 course set menu with coffee and tea, inclusive of wine, beer, Johnnie Walker Black Label, premium spirits and soft beverages at 3150 INR plus taxes per person
