Epic – Global Cusine
Chef Abhishek is an integral part of our hotel, his natural aptitude and culinary skills have won our patrons hearts. He recently travelled to Copenhagen, Denmark and worked in Two Michelin Star Awardee and one of the World’s Leading Restaurant “NOMA” for the entire summer. His close work with the research and development team at NOMA led him to understand the nuances of their unique dishes. Hence, progressing with this new culinary venture EPIC- GLOBAL CUISINE.
Creatively using local and international produce he has prepared a signature menu.
He has used both ancient and modern cooking styles resulting in perfect cooking, thoughtful flavours and imaginative presentation while giving the menu an inclination towards the “Umami” taste.
Enjoy some exciting delicacies like pureed pumpkin with marigold flowers, potato starch petals, Sambuca infused Sous Vide beans, cherries and gooseberry cooked with mild butter sauce, farm leaves grilled with smoked butter and more, courtesy Chef Abhishek and his culinary science.
