    Guarantee Policy

    • All reservations, either on a Regular or a Restricted Rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
    • If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.

      

    Cancellation Policy

    • Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s accommodation charge.
