The property is built over an area of 34 acres and has air-conditioned halls that can accommodate over 15000 people, a theatre-style hall that can hold 6000 people, four seminar rooms, three Exhibition centres, seven conference halls and a modern meeting room.
Gandhinagar is a planned city, approximately 23 kms north of Ahmedabad and is home to a number of Government offices including the Secretariat and Assembly. There is also a software technology park called Infocity.
