The Leela Palaces and Resorts announces the appointment of Mr. V.L. Ganesh as "Chief Financial Officer"

The Leela Palaces and Resorts is proud to welcome its newest member on board, Mr. V.L.Ganesh, as the Chief Financial Officer for the group to keep pace with the changing dynamics of business emerging out of its exciting expansion plans.

Mr. Ganesh is a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies. He brings with him over 27 years of valuable professional experience in Finance, Taxation, Corporate Law, Strategic Planning, Mergers and Acquisitions, Overseas Fund raising and general management.

His last assignment prior to joining the Leela Palaces & Resorts was an enriching 18 years of service with Rolta India Limited, a leading multinational in Information Technology. Mr. Ganesh's services contributed immensely to the exponential growth of the company through his foresight and guidance in areas such as raising funds through IPO's, Secondary offers, Private Placements, Issues related to GDR and Overseas listing, Rupee and Foreign Currency term loans, financial restructuring, establishing high standards of Corporate Governance among other areas pertaining to his profile.

Mr. V.L. Ganesh has worked with other reputed companies such as Kores India Limited, Metal Box India Ltd and General Insurance Corporation of India . The Leela Palaces & Resorts extends a warm welcome to him and expects the company to strive towards further excellence under his able guidance.
