Hotel Arrival & departure policy
- Check in Time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1200 noon
Hotel Extra Adult & Children policy
- Extra bed allowed only in Garden View Pavilion and Beach View Superior Rooms.
- 5-12 Years on charge with child rate @ Rs 2500/+15%taxes
- 12 and above on charge for Adult rates @ Rs 4000/+15% taxes
General Cancellation policy
- Cancellation made within 15 days of arrival would attract one night retention (expect for the period between 23rd December to 3rd January, when bookings are non-cancelable).

Other Details
- Stay during 23rd December to 3rd January has to be for a minimum of five nights.
- Compulsory Gala Dinner Supplements on Christmas Eve (Rs. 7000/-per person) & New Year Eve (Rs. 9000/- per person) applicable.
