| Job Description | : | 1) Completes 'Inventory on Hand' columns of all Grocery/Market lists and forwards to Chef. 2) Verifies quantity of arriving materials destined for stores, signs for same on receiving stamp. 3) Ensures that all storage areas are clean and all items are stored under optimal conditions. 4) Maintains up-to-date bin labels identifying each item's code number, name, issue unit, and minimum and maximum par stock levels. 5) Records consecutive numbers on all store room requisitions before passing copy to person accepting good logs each requisition in the store room logbook. 6) Forwards completed requisition to the Inventory. 7) Performs other duties as required. |
| Desired Profile | : | Purpose Under the direct supervision of the Financial Accountant and within the limits of IHC policies and procedures, is responsible for storing and organizing of all stored materials. Relationships Coordinates Store Room staff and maintain good relationship within Store Room section. Interacts with other department as necessary. |
