1. One certificate for a discount on the package rate (15% on Summer Packages) and (10% on Winter Packages). Transferable and not valid from Dec 20th- Jan 5th.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Silver Level Membership charge is Rs. 7, 000 (Rupees Seven Thousand only) and Gold Level Membership charge is Rs. 10,975 (Rupees Ten Thousand nine hundred and seventy five only). Government Service Taxes extra @ 12.36%

2. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.

3. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is non-transferable.

4. Children above four years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.

5. Room bookings must be made through the Member Help Desk. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for discounts.

6. Rooms are subject to ‘Connoisseur Club allocation’ availability and prior reservations.

7. Discounts on Goa Packages not Applicable during Monsoon.

8. In the event that the card is lost, it cannot be replaced unless in special circumstances. Money cannot be refunded in such a case.

9. All certificates enclosed in the membership pack are valid for use at the specified hotel only, are for one time usage only and have to be utilized in full. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

10. Certificates accompanying the Membership are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Only One Food/ Beverage certificate can be used per visit.

11. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate.

12. Presentation of The Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts under the programme.

13. Card benefits are not applicable on 24th, 25th /31st December and dates printed on the certificates.
