3. 25% reduction when 4 persons dine.

9. One for Room upgrade to the next category room on any packages bought.
10. Four Certificates for Rs. 350 each discount on beverages while dining at any restaurants

The Leela Kempinski Mumbai:

1. One upgrade to a Privilege Club Room from a Deluxe Premiere at The Leela Kempinski Mumbai. Applicable for a maximum of 3 Nights. (Transferable)

The Leela Kempinski Goa:

1. One upgrade to a 'Suite' applicable for a maximum of 3 nights. Transferable. Not valid from Dec 20th to January 5th. (Transferable)
2. One certificate, offering discount on holiday packages (15% from April 15th till October 30th and 10% from November 1st till April 14th ) on direct reservations. (Transferable).

The Leela Palace Kempinski Bangalore:

One certificate for upgrade to the Royal Club. Applicable for a maximum of three nights stay. (Transferable)

Gold Level comes with additional Nine certificates (19+8= 27 certificates)

The Leela Kempinski Kovalam

1. One certificate for one complimentary night stay anytime of the year. (Transferable)
2. Three Certificates for a discount of Rs.350 each while minimum five people on the table. (Regular 20% discount also applicable, only one certificate per visit).
3. One Certificate for a Complimentary 'Head and Shoulder' massage for two persons.

The Leela Kempinski Goa:

1. One upgrade to a 'Suite' for a maximum of five nights. Transferable and not valid from Dec 20th - Jan5th.
2. One certificate for a discount on the package rate (15% from 15th April till 30th October) and 10% the rest of the year. Transferable and not valid from Dec 20th- Jan 5th.
3. One complimentary ayurvedic massage for two at The Leela Kempinski Goa (Non Transferable)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Silver Level Membership charge is Rs. 5500 (Rupees Five thousand five hundred only) and Gold Level Membership charge is Rs. 8500 (Rupees Eight thousand five hundred only). Government Service Tax @ 12.36% applies to the above prices.

2. An additional spouse membership card is available for Rs.2500 +12.36% Tax, provided a membership has been bought in full already. The spouse membership comes with one certificate for a birthday cake and two certificates for Rs.250 redemption in restaurants.

3. The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.

4. Membership Benefits are not applicable at the restaurants/bar at The Club Section unless as a resident guest on that level.

5. The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership benefits are non-transferable.

6. Children above four years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.

7. Room bookings must be made through the Member Help Desk. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for discounts.

8. Reservations are subject to availability and prior reservation.

9. In the event that the card is lost, it cannot be replaced unless in special circumstances. Money cannot be refunded in such a case.

10. All certificates enclosed in the membership pack are valid for use at the specified hotel only, are for one time usage only and have to be utilised in full. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services or replaced if lost.

11. The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated. Only One Food/ Beverage certificate can be used per visit.

12. Presentation of The Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts under the programme.

13. Membership Benefits do not apply on 24th/25th and 31st December or otherwise on dates indicated on the reverse of the certificates
