Since a lot of our guests are new to the Ayurveda treatments and Spa therapies at the Leela Hotels, here is a list of FAQs that will help prepare you to maximize your treatments and therapies.When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to check-in and change. Allow for a little more time if you haven't made a reservation.
What if I have special health consideration?
Please notify the Spa receptionist before booking your treatments about whether you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. This will help us guide you on the right treatments that will benefit you as well as not aggravate any condition. If you have any concerns, do not hesitate to let us know and our resident doctor or manager will be pleased to advise the correct treatments.
What if I am pregnant?
Please contact the Spa Manager or the Ayurveda Doctor for advice on treatments that are safe for both you and your unborn baby.
What should I wear during my treatment?
For a spa massage you can wear your own bikini/briefs or our disposable briefs. Ideally, our natural treatments are best enjoyed without the interference of clothing. And all our therapists use draping techniques to respect your privacy. Ayurveda massages require no undergarments as a special draping cloth is used.
What about my valuables?
Lockers are provided in the changing rooms for clothing, we recommend that you leave valuables in the safe in your hotel room. Unfortunately, we are unable to assume liability for your personal items.
What If I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, since your treatment must end on time so that next guest is not delayed.
What if I wanted to cancel a spa reservation?
The treatments you select are reserved especially for you. Guests will be charged 50% for treatments not cancelled six hours in advance.
