I have traveled and audited hotel service for more than 40 first-class hotels world-wide. The experience in Leela Kempinski - Mumbai is the most memorable one. The hospitality atmosphere is everywhere, starting from the friendly and helpful driver to personal greeting from door-man then traditional welcome. I came from one surprise to the other. Being welcomed with a glass of champagne and some photo-shoots makes me feel very honored. Every single detail is being carefully touched. I couldn't hold my surprise to see a chocolate platter with my name beautifully "inked" with chocolate. Leela really provides top-end first-class sleeping experience with comfortable bed and a "menu of pillow". On top of that, the "ladies and gentlemen" of Leela really deserve my total salute for their "services from heart".
