One certificate, offering discount on holiday packages (15% from April 15th till October 30th and 10% from November 1st till April 14th) on direct reservations. (Transferable)

The Leela Palace Bangalore
One certificate for upgrade to the Royal Club. Applicable for a maximum of three nights stay. (Transferable)

The Leela Goa
1. One certificate for a discount on the package rate (15% from 15th April till 30th October) and 10% the rest of the year. Transferable and not valid from Dec 20th - Jan 5th.
2. One complimentary Ayurvedic massage for two at The Leela, Goa only while staying. (Non Transferable)

Terms and Conditions

• Silver Membership charge is Rs. 7000 (Rupees Seven Thousand only) and Gold Membership charge is Rs. 10,500 (Rupees Ten Thousand Five Hundred only). Government Service Taxes extra @ 12.36%.
• Membership card and certificates are not valid at The Leela Palace New Delhi.
• The membership term (validity period) shall be for a period of 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
• Membership Benefits are not applicable at the restaurants/bar at The Club Section unless as a resident guest on that level.
• The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership benefits are non-transferable.
• Children above four years of age are included in the total guest count for the purpose of calculating discounts.
• Room bookings must be made through the Member Help Desk. Any bookings made through travel agents or corporations are not eligible for discounts.
• Rooms are subject to ‘Connoisseur Club allocation’ availability and prior reservations.
• In the event that the card is lost, it cannot be replaced unless in special circumstances. Money cannot be refunded in such a case.
• All certificates enclosed in the membership pack are valid for use at the specified hotel only, are for one time usage only and have to be utilized in full. The certificates cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services or replaced if lost.
• The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face or on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated, and cannot be extended or re-validated.
• Only One Food/ Beverage certificate can be used per visit.
• Presentation of The Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing the discounts under the programme.
• Card benefits are not applicable on 24th, 25th /31st December and dates printed on the certificates.
• Membership card benefits on dining are not applicable for a stay of more than five continuous nights at any properties of The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts.

Other Terms and Conditions

• All certificates are valid for use at the specified Hotel only. These are for one-time use only and have to be utilized in full. The certificates are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or re-validated.
• In the event the card or certificates are lost, they cannot be replaced.
• Room reservations are subject to Club allocations and availability and must be made through the member help desk. Any booking made by travel agents or corporations is not eligible for club discounts.
• The membership term (validity period) shall be for 12 calendar months from the date of issue of the membership.
• The membership card is valid for use only by the member himself/herself and after signing on the reverse of the card. Membership card is not transferable.
• No two cards can be used together. Also only one certificate can be used per visit unless otherwise stated on the certificate.
• A certificate must be presented at the time of arrival. Also a certificate cannot be used in conjunction with any other special promotion as determined by the hotel.
• To avail the dining discounts, a minimum of two main courses must be ordered.
• The benefits as given in the gift certificate are accompanied by the terms and conditions given on the face and on the reverse of the certificate. These are valid strictly as indicated and cannot be extended or revalidated.
• Presentation of the Programme Membership Card is imperative for availing of the benefits under the programme.
• The ‘Hotel’ reserves the right to add, modify, withdraw or delete any of the rules, terms and conditions, the duration of the programme, the participating restaurants, with or without prior notice. All decisions in this regard will be final and binding on the members of the programme.
• Membership of the programme entitles The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts to update and retain information provided by the member in the hotel’s database.
• As a member, you have agreed that The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts may, from time to time, send you information regarding your membership, benefits and about the ‘Hotel’ and / or Programme Partners.
• Fraud or abuse concerning the Programme Membership Card is subject to appropriate administrative and Or legal action by the ‘Hotel’, including termination of membership.
• In case of disputes or differences between the parties in connection with the programme, the same shall be decided by arbitration. The arbitrator shall be the General Manager of the ‘Hotel’ or any other person nominated by him. The arbitration shall be as per the Indian Arbitration Act. The venue of the said arbitration shall be Mumbai.
• The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to reject any membership request without assigning a reason or not offer the card benefits during any special promotion or event.
• The programme is governed by the terms and conditions mentioned herein, that are communicated to members from time to time, and is subject to the laws of India.
• You must be a resident of the city of your membership. E.g. Resident of Mumbai or any other city is not allowed the membership of Kovalam.
