- Two children up to 6 years of age can stay in the parent's room without any additional charge in the Heritage room category onwards only. One child bed can be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- One child between 6 to 16 years can be accommodated with an extra bed at no additional charge in the parent's room in Heritage Room category onwards only.
- If a child is above 16 years of age, a separate room will be required at 100% of the parent's applicable room rate. An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 16 years of age.
- Check-in time: 1400 hours and Check-out time: 1200 hours.

- Length of stay for the complimentary room will be equal to the length of stay of the paid rooms. In case of an early departure of either of the paid room, the complimentary stay period will be applicable for that length of stay only.
- The check in and check out dates should be the same for all the rooms.
- All rooms, including the complimentary room, should be at the same hotel.
- The complimentary room type offered shall be the same as the paid room type. However, if it is not available, guest may choose from taking the lower category room or can choose to upgrade to a higher category room type by paying the upgrade supplement.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
