TERMS and CONDITIONS
- All the rates are valid for stays between 1st April to 30th September 2013.
- Check-in time: 1400 hours and Check-out time: 1200 hours.
- Two children up to 6 years of age can stay in the parent's room without any additional charge in the Heritage room category onwards only. One child bed can be provided at no additional charge, subject to availability.
- One child between 6 to 16 years can be accommodated with an extra bed at no additional charge in the parent's room in Heritage Room category onwards only.
- If a child is above 16 years of age, a separate room will be required at 100% of the parent's applicable room rate. An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 16 years of age.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other rate, promotion or offer.
- Hotel specific policies will be applicable.
- Taxes and extras are payable additionally.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
- The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
