TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Rates are quoted on per room per night basis, and are only valid for single and double occupancy.

• Room Rates are subject to 10% Luxury taxes on Rack Rate, 7.416% Service tax & .625% D.Vat on applied rate.
• Food and Beverage discounts are not applicable in Le Cirque, Megu, Jamavar and mini bar.
• Up to two children below 12 years of age can stay in the parent's room at no additional charge should no extra bed / mattress be required.
• We would not be able to honour any request for a room to be shared by more than two adults and two children below the age of 12 years.
• Should there be more than two children; a separate room will be allocated at 50% of the parent's applicable room rate.
• Extra bed cannot be placed in Grande Deluxe Rooms, Twin Royal Premiere rooms and Royal Club Rooms. An extra bed can only be placed in a Royal Premiere Room or a Suite. Maximum occupancy per room is two adults.
• Room availability and rate may be subject to change if amendments are made to a confirmed booking.

• Hotel Check-in time is 1400 Hrs and Check-out time is 1200 Hrs, any early check-in or late check-out will be subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.
• The Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge of 50% of the room rate paid for check-outs between 1200 hrs to 1800 hrs or check-in between 0800 hrs to 1200 hrs.
• The Hotel reserves the right to levy an additional charge of 100% of the room rate paid for check-outs after 1800 hrs or check-in before 0800 hrs.
• The Hotel is non-smoking, we ask you to be considerate and respectful of the law. The Palace has dedicated smoking guest bedrooms. Should you desire a smoking bedroom, please let us know. We shall endeavour to reserve a smoking bedroom for you, subject to availability.
• In case of any dispute, the hotel reserves the right to make final decision.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged one night room charges as a penalty. In case of any late cancellation or guest not checked-in, hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card an equivalent of one night’s stay charges including taxes.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
