Long regarded as the jewel in the crown of Japanese restaurants, MEGU is now in New Delhi. It specialises in hand-made tofu, exquisite sushi and sumibi aburiyaki - a grilling technique using Kyoto charcoal known as bincho-tan.
The wine list has 400 labels and you can experiement with 10 varieties of sake. That bell above the crystal Buddha, by the way, weights a little under 500 kg.
We do not entertain children under 12 at dinner.
