RAJASTHANI FOOD FESTIVAL AT JAMAVAR
Jamavar, the Indian fine dining restaurant at The Leela, Mumbai pays tribute to the fine art of Rajasthani Cuisine. Their chefs will take diners on a culinary journey through a myriad of authentic Rajasthani flavours. Feast on celebrated dishes like Bharwaan Gucchi Kesari (hand-picked morel stuffed with caraway seed spiced milk cake, simmered in saffron gravy), Besan Gatte Ka Saag (gramflour dumpling simmered in yogurt gravy), Dal Baati Churma (lentil, chutney and wheat flour dumpling) Lal Maans (traditional Rajasthani preparation of lamb cooked with spices), Mewari Laapsi (broken wheat cooked in ghee with sugar and nuts), a typical Rajasthani dessert made on special occasions and a lot more.
