ABHYANGASNANA (60 MINUTES)
In Ayurveda, a massage with medicated herbal oils is recommended as a daily occurrence. A daily massage takes away physical and mental fatigue, and improves eyesight and circulation. HEAD, NECK, SHOULDER BACK MASSAGE (30 MINUTES)
This Ayurveda massage concentrates on the upper part of the body to take away the stress and strain of the back, shoulders and neck. Highly recommended after long journey.
CHAVUTTI THIRUMMU (60 MINUTES)
In this massage, your highly skilled therapist will hold onto a suspended rope in order to deftly apply varying degrees of pressure to key tension areas with the toes or the feet. These pressure points help to revitalise nerve endings and muscles, leaving you a feeling of well-being as it improves blood circulation. This massage is greatly beneficial for those who are involved with martial arts or classical dance.
KALARI MASSAGE (90 MINUTES)
Combination of
Chavutti Thirummu (description above) and a synchronised massage performed by two therapists who are experts in
Kalari.
UDVARTHANAM (60 MINUTES)
This massage uses medicated herbal powders to reduce excess fat and creating a vibrant complexion. The specially blended powders prevent and reduce wrinkles, relieve dryness and cleanse the pores.
