- The rates are exclusive of 12.5% Luxury tax and 7.416 % service tax. (subject to change) .
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
- 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
- Rates are valid for all nationalities.
- From 16th April 2012 to 30th September 2013: The package can be extended for an additional night at a supplement rate of INR 7999 + 19.92% Tax per night.
- Bookings for more than two rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- Children below the age of 5 years stay with the compliments of the hotel with breakfast and without an extra bed.
- From 16th April 2012 to 30th September 2013: Children between 6-11 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplements extra. Extra Bed, if required will be charged As. 4250/- per night. (Inclusive of all buffet meals and taxes). Extra Adult charges will be As. 6750/- night. (Inclusive of all buffet meals & taxes).
- From 16th April 2012 to 30th September 2013: Children between 6-11 years can stay with the compliments of the hotel without an extra bed. Food Supplements extra. Extra Bed, if required will be charged Rs. 3250/- per night. (Inclusive of all buffet meals and taxes). Extra Adult charges will be Rs. 5750/- night. (Inclusive of all buffet meals & taxes).
- Only one Extra Adult is permitted in a room.
- This is a limited room & period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer, rates are subject to increase on holidays & extended weekends.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI & WIHRA.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY
- From 16th April 2012 to 30th September 2013: No charges, if cancelled/ amended before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled/ amended within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
- The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.
- A 10% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.
