TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum length of stay should be two nights.
• The summer rates are applicable from 16th April to 30th September 2013.
• The rates are exclusive of 12.5% Luxury tax and 7.42% service tax. (subject to change).
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to company letter for credit listed agents and companies.
• 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• Bookings for more than two rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
• This is a limited room and period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer, rates are subject to increase on holidays and extended weekends.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI and WIHRA.
• Check-in 1400 hours and Check-out 1200 hours.
• The hotel has very limited set of Inter-Connecting room and is provided subject to availability.
• The hotel has very limited TWIN bedded rooms.
• In special case separate Duvet can be provided in a King size bed.
• In Club Rooms Extra Bed or Mattress is NOT provided.
• Club Suite has a Sofa Cum Bed, which can accommodate one extra adult (Suite has only one Bathroom).
• The beach is partly exclusive but cannot be labelled as Private.
• For Tennis/ Badminton/ Archery /Yoga prior appointment is recommended.
• Some of the value additions in the packages (Spa treatment, Salon etc) are not applicable for extra person.

CANCELLATION / AMENDMENT POLICY

• From 16th April 2013 to 30th September 2013: No charges, if cancelled/ amended before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled/ amended within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
• The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.
• A 10% surcharge is applicable on room rate for any change of dates for bookings on all the above offers once the payment is received for the same.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
