Spectra is not so much a restaurant as a food show extraordinaire. Seven open kitchens operate at once creating theatre, energy, and a kaleidoscope of gourmet magic. Designed by the celebrated Japanese design house Spin, Spectra offers authentic international cuisine prepared by chefs from Singapore, Thailand, Japan and Austria, as well as an amazing range of menu items from all corners of India. The restaurant is open daily for breakfast lunch and dinner. However, the Saturday "Friends and Family Brunch," and the “Sunday Champagne Brunch" are local favourites. Welcome to foodie heaven.
