Book for three nights with special packaged rates valid from 1st October 2012 till 31st March 2013.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Minimum length of stay should be three nights only.
- Rates are valid from 1st October 2012 till 31st March 2013.
- Not Valid from 21st December 2012 till 14th January 2013.
- Lagoon Terrace can only accommodate two adults. Rest all categories can accommodate 1 child below 12 years.
- The rates are inclusive of 10% Luxury tax and 7.42% service tax. (subject to change).
- The Child below 5 Yrs can stay in the room complimentary with parents with meals. The child between 05 Yrs To 12 Yrs can stay in the same room at INR 2,000 (inclusive of breakfast and taxes).
- Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to co. letter for credit listed agents and companies.
- 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
- Rates are valid for all nationalities.
- Bookings for more than two rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
- This is a limited room and period offer - only limited number of rooms are available under this offer, rates are subject to increase on holidays and extended weekends.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI and WIHRA.
- Check in 1400 Hrs and Check out 1200 Hrs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
- The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.
GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

No deposit required.
