TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The summer rates are valid till 30th September 2013.
• Lagoon terrace can only accommodate two adults.
• Only two adults and two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Conservatory Premier Room.
• One Extra Adult or two children below 12 years can be accommodated in Lagoon Suite.
• The rates are exclusive of 12% Luxury tax and 7.42% service tax (Subject to change).
• Only one child below 5 years can stay in the room (complimentary) with parents inclusive of meals.
• Children between 5 years to 12 years can stay in Conservatory Premier/Lagoon Suite at INR 3,000 (inclusive of all meals and taxes) per night until 13th April 2013 and at INR 2,000 (inclusive of all meals and taxes) per night until from 14th April to 30th September 2013.
• Extra adult at INR 6,000 (inclusive of all meals and taxes) per night only in Lagoon Suite until 13th April 2013, INR 4,500 per night only in Lagoon Suite from 14th April to 30th September 2013.
• Confirmation of rooms is subject to receipt of guarantee in form of an advance payment, credit card guarantee, exchange order or bill to company letter for credit listed agents and companies.
• 100% deposit is required 14 days prior to arrival post which booking will be released.
• Rates are valid for all nationalities.
• Bookings for more than two rooms at a given rate will be confirmed at the sole discretion of the hotel.
• This is a limited room and period offer - only limited numbers of rooms are available under this offer and rates are subject to increase, on holidays and extended weekends.
• This offer cannot be used in conjunctions with any other offer or discount on privilege cards e.g. FHRAI and WIHRA.
• Check-in 1400 hours and Check-out 1200 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No charges, if cancelled before 14 days. 100% of total room value will be charged, if cancelled within 14 days or in event of a No Show/Late Cancellation.
• The hotel reserves the right to levy room charge as early departure fee should the guest/s wish to checkout earlier than the date confirmed.

GUARANTEE POLICY

All reservations must be guaranteed by a Visa, Master or American Express Credit card. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
